What I've Noticed: Parking Lot Food

More and more lately I've seen parking lot food. These trailer stands often affix themselves in the parking lot of a local store and offer the convenience of getting some food on the way back to your car.

I don't see how parking lot food can be that good for you, or how going through the drive-thru can take too much time, but there sure seems to be a lot of these things.

I came across the above web page the other day. Speak Spanish, Chinese? No problem.

Do we start to see customer service centers for hire that speak the local language?

Sign of The Times

It's one thing to talk about how we need to be competitive with China. It's another thing to do it.

Here's a company called the Rodon Group who comes right out and claim that they are competitive against the Chinese. No small feat. (notice the competency in robotics.)

It's heartening to see people getting it done.
